Milestone reached & My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2018
It wasn't the easiest thing to reach a 10K mark today. I am not in the best skin. Tomorrow I will be better.
The milestone in question was reached during our family walk in the woods. Probably a corner stone marking someone's property.
Tonight's run was more of the same. Short, flat, cold, easy.
