11.5km 달리기와 호떡 만들기 성공~^^ My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2019
모처럼 미세먼지가 좋아서 기분 좋게 달렸다. 날은 많이 추웠지만 상쾌하게 달렸다.
런닝을 마치고 나이키 러닝 기록을 보니 새 기록이 두개나 떴다. 최장거리와 최장시간 달리기. 3월이 되기 전까지 하프마라톤을 달릴 수 있는 체력이 갖추어 질 것 같다~^^
오늘의 감사한 일
- 점심 때 호떡을 만들었는데 호떡 누르개를 구입해놓아서 맛도 맛이지만 예쁘게 만들어졌다. 아내님괴 첫째가 맛있게 먹어줘서 감사하다^^
- 집 근처 도서관에 등록증을 만들었다. 2주에 20권의 책을 빌려올 수 있는데 오늘 동화책 19권을 빌렸다. 아이와 나에게 필요한 책들을 무료로 대여할 수 있는 복지에 감사하다^^

요즘에는 일주일에 한 번 정도는 도서관을 찾는듯합니다~^^

우리동네는 한 도서관에 3권밖에 안빌려주는데요?? ㅋㅋㅋ
그래서 옆 도서관에서 땡겨오는 서비스를 이용하고 있습당

요즘은 같이 겜을 더 많이 하네요;;
