My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2020
It looks like the storm has passed, so far the damage has been relatively minor. Elsewhere it has been worse.🥺
Alas, my phone died during the weekend but I managed to get a replacement one. This time I got an industrial one that should survive water and being dropped.
Today's training was a 7 mile walk. My legs were a wee bit stiff as I hadn't done such a walk in a while. My balance wasn't perfect but I am happy I didnt end up with a vertigo attack. Hopefully, I am recovering from this illness. I fear to think so incase I jinx things.
No weight training today as my left arm is feeling sore. Last night I got a cold draft into it and woke up with it hurting.😬
Not much else to report on my end except that my last aid/education package reached turkey. I will try and write up about that this week.
