Actifit, books, tea and indie music: August 20 2019

😊 Sitting here, chilling, reading a book and listening to some indie music "Donovan Woods - Portland, Maine"

I am about to buy a few courses on Udemy, as they are having a sale. Might get a course on A.I and electronics/robotics. £10 per course. Compared to several hundred to a few thousand £ for a course at the Open University. 😕 Comparing the two, I've found that I am enjoying Udemy far more than the O.U. The O.U did give accredited qualifications etc but it was fairly sh*t. The professors didn't care, and the quality of the product was poor in relation to cost. It use to be a lot better before the government cuts came but I'd rather spend the money on Udemy or another online provider.😊

Saying that, I enjoy just picking something to learn instead of having to dedicatee 4+ years at a college/university.

This week I wont be doing any weight lifting or intensive training. My abs still feel strained but are recovering (hopefully) but today I did another 7 mile walk. Not much as I use to do but I want to get back to my old fitness level.
Tomorrow, I will be at an ENT specialist to see about my ear. I am not sure if things will get sorted, I hope so, but I do not know.
