My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2019
Damnit!!! The flood continues but it does not prevent my training. Illness nor rain prevents my gains. 😂
So, todays training. No running, yet but 5 mile walk. I went back to the gym and focused on weight training, chinups, pushups and situps. My goal, is by the end of this year to get back to 165 lbs, toned, and able to do 10x one-armed chinups. I use to do this about 2 years ago but cant now. It's an exercise that takes a lot of time and patience to train to do so. 😵
Saying that, this is my 22nd year of training, boxing and wrestling. I started at 14 and now I am on the road to being and old grumpy man.😢
Beyond that not much to report, tomorrow I have to submit some grant applications for projects in Iraq. I will post an update next month. But alas I must post this now or forever hold my peace.
