A day in the life of Dave : work, work work, work, work and.... More work: June 15 2019
Like the other day I woke up, breathed, rolled out of bed, put clothes on, took a poop (in toilet), ate breakfast, drank Kefir, put shoes on, opened door, walked outside, put one foot in front of the other, followed by the other, reverse and repeat several thousand time.
Did some work, did some exercise and n I sit here writing this.... Again. Yes, almost exactly like a previous post. FML!
Kinda like groundhog day but with more B.S, less sex and no cute beaver thing nor a weird looking Bill Murray !
Training wise was mainly focused on Weight/Strength training (again ) and some cardio. I need to lose weight (15lbs) and increase strength so I can return to... Dance lessons where I will battle other dancers for the title of Dance Overlord! Well, not really. A time long ago, I did dance lessons... But never again. Such a site should never be seen by mankind!
