A day in the life of Dave: like a fart in the wind: June 11 2019
Today, I ran. Not like the wind but like I stole something and was ballock naked whilst running from the Law!
But... Only ended up running about 5 miles instead of 8 miles as I was breathing through my ass!
God, getting old is horrible. Not as horrible as running. There was a time where I loved running but now I just hate it with a vengeance.
Training wise, I had planned to do Strength Training in the evening with a run in the morning. But... I am filled with apathy, Next week I will try and get back to doing that as I need to keep things in synch. But this week it will be done on separate days.
Been taking Kefir, after training which is helping with recovery times. And, reducing my farting! But, my farts had kept the ghosts and rats away. Now I fear I will be at their mercy.
Beyond that, not much to report. Going to study for an hour on Turkish and Engineering then off to bed. Today was pretty much "same sh*t different day"
Remember to not fart when running cause that aint gonna be a fart. It never is...
