Actifit Training ∆ (10k) Lazy day.
My new training buddie, he motivates me to lift, if I dont lift then he either ears me or poops on my bed 😸😂
Today I've been feeling a bit unwell. So will probably not be training at 100% this week.
Today's training 💪🏃
▶ Weight / Strength training. Pull-ups, Suitcase Walk, Pushups, Situps,Curls, etc etc 💪
▶ A quick brisk 5 mile walk.🏃
I'm back home today.😎 Normally when I am away if I need to do strength training then I will go to the Gym. Ideally, I prefer to train at home as I have all the equipment and space that I need... Also, I do not have to put up with Posers at the Gym and those ever so annoying Gym Bros who snap a picture after every rep. Annoying as Feck! 😒
