At times it is can be difficult to come up with a post. Actifit has made it easier for me in some ways. I can always find something from my activities during the day to write about.

Here are a few suggestions you might find helpful.

1. Take a photo of something you see during the day and write about it.
2. Write about the fun or not so fun experience you had during the day.
3. Write about special events, for example today is April Fool's Day, Did anyone play a prank on you?
