The rain came down,
but I didn't frown.
Happiness is a state,
that you can create.
So I did not brood,
I'm in a creative mood.
The above creation,
is my imagination,
as it gently flows,
I'm free of woes.

@emergehealthier - that's a beautiful piece of artwork. What did of medium is that? Is it something digital or real life? Being creative is a good stress relief by doing something fun that you enjoy.
Thank you! It is a combination of 2 digital drawings that I did in Corel Painter. I then ran them through a program that blends them together. It was the first time I tried doing this.

Thank you, I generally write my report as a poem, it is different and I enjoy writing them. The poem is usually about a highlight of my day or thoughts I had about something I saw or experienced.
