My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2018
University is being crazy time consuming these days so not real time gor much movement or those semi-long walks I like to take. Pretty much spent my whole day at the university without me having a single course today. Just get more work done there (just to many distractions at home 🙈). To still get some movement I do this little thing where I take a short walk taking the longest route to the top of the building, catch some fresh air and then take again the longest route back to the study room. Besides the movement aspect this also really helps me memorizing stuff better. Can‘t wait for Thursday (exam time) to get back my life. 🤯😅
