My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019
Hi guys! Today started off kind of cloudy but by the time we got ready to hike, it was sunny. A nice change from yesterday’s rain storm.
Our neighbor Jan joined us, so we set off. Everything was dewy and cool and refreshing. The trees are really starting to change. Up where we are, color changes depends on the previous summer season and how wet our dry it was. Wet and the colors tend to be drab; dry and the colors are more vibrant. The big leaf maples are a bit more golf this year and you find pockets of vine lead maples that have an array of yellows and oranges and reds.
We also have a bountiful supply of fungi and mushrooms. So much to photograph! 🤪

Late afternoon found us at church setting up for tomorrow’s service. After that we stopped back home to drop off the guitars and then headed to the local grocery for a couple of things. We ran in to an old friend and held our reunion in the frozen food aisle. 😁
