My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2019
Hey guys! The day started out with a trip to the treasurer’s office to pay the real estate tax bill. We parked far enough away and ‘hoofed’ it in order to get some steps in. It was sunny with a nice breeze. Then we went to the waterfront and watched a few boats go by; met a lady with a beautiful Great Dane; and just breathed in the air off the bay. It’s been quite some time since I’ve been down there. Then it was off to the grocery and home. After a bit, it was time to go for the hike. It was still sunny and breezy-just enough to stay cool and to keep the nasty bugs at bay!😜
All in all a very enjoyable day. Tomorrow’s going to come early as I’ve got to get 5 pounds of coffee roasted for a customer; get to the post office to get it mailed; go to work long enough to order contact lenses for a patient whose insurance ends tomorrow....AND get to Bible study by a little after 10:00 AM! Whew!! I’m gonna need my wheaties for sure!🙃
Today’s pictures are of a flowering tree on the trail and of my peanut butter, salted caramel, mocha made with oat milk from this morning. Yummy 😋
