My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2019
Rainy day today with fall temperatures pushed yesterday's heat wave away for good. Walked outdoors this morning in cool wet weather to get as many steps in as I could. This way I did not feel guilty skipping a outdoors walk in the late afternoon. Besides the showers in the afternoon were heavy. So picked up groceries and walked in the store. More tomorrow hopefully it will be dryer out.
Lot's of rain here too!
