My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2019

Started off the day right with a outdoor walk, in below freezing weather. Then saw a few deer walking around. They took off but cool to see some wildlife in the suburbs. Than had my ears cleaned at the doctors office done in less then a 1/2 hour. The day went by and the numbers added up over 7000 Happy to have a great day using the actifit app.
