My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2019
Ciao a tutti, nella giornata di ieri ho passato i 10 mila passi. Ancora non sono tornato a correre e temo che per quest'anno sarà molto difficile che io riprenda l'allenamento outdoor, penso che molto presto rimetterò in sesto il vecchio tapis roulant di mio padre, che è in cantina a prendere la polvere, anche se correre lì sopra è decisamente meno appagante.
Concordo perfettamente con te, perché il tapis-roulant è molto alienante rispetto alla strada o al parco, quando il clima è inclemente diventa un valido ausilio, diversamente è una mezza-condanna....
