My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2019
Ciao a tutti, durante la giornata non ho fatto molti passi, ma in serata, al ritorno dal lavoro, sono riuscito a trovare il tempo per andare a correre una quarantina di minuti, percorrendo in questo lasso di tempo 6 km, quindi un passo abbastanza sostenuto che devo dire non mi ha impensierito più di tanto. Purtroppo l'estate è finita e con essa anche le giornate lunghe e andare a correre con il sole che è già tramontato non è il massimo.

Ci avevo fatto la bocca, alla vittoria, e di nuovo rimontati, questa volta fuori di casa e di 2 goals, pazienza, e peccato, perché sarebbe stata decisamente una bella partenza, consoliamoci con una bella !BEER
