My Actifit Report Card: giugno 3 2019 - day 01
Ciao a tutti, oggi finalmente ho trovato un po' di tempo per correre, nei miei piani questo è il primo giorno di un nuovo allenamento, con l'obiettivo di tornare al livello atletico di due anni fa, cioè a quando ho smesso di praticare calcio.. Devo dire che è stata piuttosto dura reiniziare a correre dopo tanto tempo, ho affrontato l'allenamento con un obiettivo ancora al di fuori della mia portata, ma posso dichiararmi soddisfatto. In serata però, ho sentito il bisogno di sgranchirmi le gambe e fare una passeggiata. Alla fine della giornata ho fatto più di 27 mila passi, uno dei risultati più alti che abbia mai ottenuto.
