Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Oktober 15 2019

Hello, sports friends.
Today October has appeared again from his best side. Today at 23 degrees and sunshine I have enjoyed sometimes to carry out some repair beyond the hall. Besides, unfortunately, the movement on the distance also remained. Therefore, it went of catching up in the evening again on the run tape around something.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Heute hat sich der Oktober wieder von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Bei 23 Grad und Sonnenschein habe ich es heute genossen mal außerhalb der Halle ein paar Reparaturen durchzuführen. Leider blieb dabei auch die Bewegung auf der Strecke. Deshalb ging es am Abend wieder auf das Laufband um einiges aufzuholen.
