Hello, sports friends. Today I have proceeded after the work in spite of nice weather again in the cellar something on the run tape and have burnt a few more calories. Although I need it not really, I have decided to run again regularly.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Heute habe ich mich nach der Arbeit trotz schönen Wetter wieder in den Keller etwas auf das Laufband begeben und noch ein paar Kalorien verbrannt. Obwohl ich es eigentlich nicht nötig habe, habe ich mir vorgenommen wieder regelmäßig zu laufen.
