Hello, sports friends.
Again one day comes to an end and we are closer to the week-end again a piece. Today I have turned in spite of a big run achievement about the day in the evening still a big round with the dog. Today it goes to bed a little earlier. I have to go in the morning a little earlier out.

Wieder geht ein Tag zu Ende und wir sind dem Wochenende wieder ein Stück näher. Heute habe ich trotz einer großen Laufleistung über den Tag am Abend noch eine große Runde mit dem Hund gedreht. Heute geht es etwas früher ins Bett. Ich muss am Morgen etwas früher raus.
