Actually, these are even already 15 days. I have not got it st not at all any more.
At the moment it poses to me no problems to stay away the nicotine. I feel even like myself my smell and my taste improved.
Even my lung function has improved quite easily.
Actually, a nice feeling.
Eigentlich sind es sogar schon 15 Tage. Ich habe es fast überhaupt nicht mehr mitbekommen.
Im Moment macht es mir keine Probleme dem Nikotin fern zu bleiben. Ich spüre sogar wie sich mein Geruch und mein Geschmack verbessert.
Selbst meine Lungenfunktion hat sich schon leicht verbessert.
Eigentlich ein schönes Gefühl.

Manche kompensieren die Nikotin mit etwas anderes, wie sieht Deine Erfahrung aus ? Wäre ein Blog Wert
Ja man mag es nicht glauben aber ich mehme allmählich zu. 200 kcal am Tag mehr zu verbrennen ist echt ne riesen Aufgabe. Vorallem wenn man doch echt Appetit auf so vieles bekommt.
Und Weihnachten kommt erst noch. 😂
