Hoy fue un día mas bien tranquilo solo hice caminata por 1 hora seguido de actividades en casa , después de una semana constante empiezo a sentir una mejoría en mi condición física general , mi plan es aumentar paulatinamente semana tras semana y dependiendo de la situación una vez a la semana intentar mi máximo posible
