My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2018
Did a lot of just normal daily stuff today for the most part the first half of the day. The later part of the day was spent helping my brother in law remodel his house. I guess you don't rack up a lot of steps doing drywall work. Lol. Hopefully tomorrow is a little more active than today. 
I suppose marching around a field is keeping fit...
