My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2019
I went to go do a Pilates class that was planned to happen today, but that was cancelled. No worries, since I had some treadmills waiting for me to go jog on! I was able to do a few cooldown laps around the gym’s track and cycled for about 18 minutes. Definitely a cardio and leg day!
But that wasn’t it for today. I just got done walking to the Shoshone Falls after finding some free parking that wasn’t too far from there. I had a nice conversation with a teacher who wants me to have good success in an online class, and everything is looking up this week! I got to do some Geon mining while I was down there too!
