My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2018
Today, I am starting one month challenge named 30 Days of Garmin goals. I do not intend to promote Garmin, he is here for a very simple reason - I use their watch.
The goal is simple: to achieve every day goal set by watch. I will monitor only two parameters - the number of climbed floors and the number of steps.
Floors are quite easy to explain - the daily goal is constant 10 floors per day.
Steps are a little bit complicated. Daily goal is calculated by a very complex formula which takes score of previous days and add approx 5% more each day when you achieved goal. In other words, every next day will be harder.
So let's start. Day isn't over, but my score is:
- 13 floors
- 9500 steps out of targeted 6640
