Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday Daily activities.

In the morning I went to the industrial zone to help the workers in a screen print. I packaged material and a few other.

I returned home and I had lunch. I remained at home due to a little dizziness and nausea.

I had dinner with mozzarella and cheese, I drank an herbal tea and watched a tv program before falling asleep.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività giornaliere di ieri.

In mattinata sono andato nella zona Industriale per aiutare gli operai in una serigrafia. Ho imballato del materiale e poco altro.

Sono ritornato a casa e ho pranzato. Sono rimasto lì a causa di un poco di vertigini e di nausea.

Ho cenato con Mozzarella e formaggio, ho bevuto una tisana e guardato un programma televisivo prima di andare a dormire.

Buonanotte anche se è giorno e ci vediamo domani amici!
