Afternoon Walk
The weather is picking up and was excellent for an afternoon walk, so I extended my trip to the supermarket and Made it 10k steps+. The plan is to start running again in the Morning on a regular basis so I might be using actifit more regulatly again from now on. I will be using my Sportstalk curation account for these Posts..,
