My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2019

Hello Steemians and Actifitians
I hope you guys are doing great.

This is my second post for the day, earlier in the evening I created a dtube video accepting the 45 seconds Plank challenge of one of my fellow steem friend, I did plank for one minute.

And earlier in the day I played cricket 🏏 and scored 15 runs off 6 balls and won the match for my team during lunch hours and later I walked a lot in the office and managed to complete 6k activity and I am posting it.

I will be back soon.
