My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2020
Woke up around 10am and walked into the city for my appointment and after walked back home.
Once home I cooked a curry and whilst it cooked I cleaned up the kitchen and lounge. Later that evening I popped to the shop for some snacks and returned home to watch a couple movies
