@lightsplasher, Sometimes it's good to change our daily work style and habits because small changes can bring more enthusiasm, creativity and most importantly focus gets sharpen. Weather affects the mood for sure.

I think it does help to shake things up a bit and try out different work styles and habits. I find that my body lets me know when it is time to back off a bit.
