My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2019

At the time of writing it's 11:14 PM. And today I've spent my most of the time into Self Introspection and Meditation. And in my opinion both these tools really help us to throw away all those thoughts which block our success and our productive action.

And at evening i went to market and had effective one and half hour of Walking Session.
