Actifit Report Card (October 15) : Leg Day 💪

Life is too short to wear matching socks! Haha

The past few days have been really busy so I haven't had the time to do my laundry. Hence, I just grabbed whatever clean available socks I have. Unfortunately, there were no more matching pairs. :D Maybe it was a good thing coming home late after all and not being able to attend my boxing class since I have nothing to wear anyway! Lol!

Although I was late for my supposed boxing class, it didn't stop me from working out because EXCUSES DON'T BURN CALORIES! :D

One of the fitness gurus that I follow on YouTube is Emi Wong. She is a good motivator and does a wide array of workout routines.

One of the things I learned from her is that it is necessary to change our workout from time to time. This is because when our body gets used to the same routine, it will not burn as much calories as it used to. So, to get the optimal result from working out, switch up your exercises.

Today is leg day, so my workout was focused on burning thigh fat. I searched one of the videos of Emi Wong and followed her leg workout. Although it was only a 15-min workout, it was pretty intense. I could really feel my thigh fat burning. Check out her video below.

Also, I can't find my yoga mat or I was just too tired to look for it around the house. Therefore, I need to improvise! Since this video has a lot of planking and lying down exercises, I used the box of our fridge to replace my yoga mat! Hahaha

15 minutes was too short, so I searched for more leg workout videos. After a few inches, I found this amazing video and I had such an enjoyable time doing this workout. :D You may want to try it as well, I provided the video below!

I was happy with my performance today! Although I need to make pauses once in a while due to shortness of breath, but for most exercises, I was able to cope with the intensity of the workout.

Additionally, today's activity only proves that you don't need to go to the gym to workout. You can workout anywhere, for FREE, only if you have the willingness to do so.

Remember, the best investment you will ever make is in yourself! So if you want a healthy and sexy body, girl / bruh, you gotta work your ass off!
