My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2019
I did a little shopping in the morning picking up some stuff for food this evening. I then went to football to coach the under 9's. Two hours of coaching later in went back home.
The picture is of my daughter Jaime who took this pic on the way to her mock exams.

When I'm coaching football it happens fairly easily but the other days are more of a struggle. Especially in bad weather.
