My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2018
I had to take my daughter to the hospital for a consultation. Had lunch and then walked on to the school. Tutored the three monkeys and said goodbye for the Christmas holiday. Transferred across town to my other student. Caught the tram home. We are flying back to the UK for Christmas tomorrow night! Yippee.

What does it mean Tutored the three monkeys ?
lol. My cheeky teenage students that I teach ESL to.
What is ESL? And where are you coming from?

English as a Second Language (ESL)
I'm from England but I currently live in Bucharest.
You where are you coming back?
How did it work out for your daughter? I hope she is okay.
So you make your living tutoring, what do you teach?
She's fine, thanks for asking. Just a skin complaint that accentuates because of the cold weather in Bucharest.
I teach English as a second language and I am also a football (soccer) coach. A career in teaching that I have found in later life that I love very much.
Good to know she is alright. My skin is like that too at times with the cold weather.
You sound very active with soccer. I took classes from the Lincoln Literacy program to teach immigrants English. I haven't done it yet. Maybe eventually that will happen when I feel up to it..
It is a volunteer program I joined. We have a lot of immigrants here.

That looks fantastic. What a great thing to be able to volunteer your time and knowledge. Great stuff. I'm sure you would find it very rewarding.
Football has always been my first love and teaching it is a real thrill. I have a bunch of under 9 boys from the German school in Bucharest at the moment and they are great, if a bit mischievous!
