Time should not wait for us to adapt, but do something so that the time automatically becomes favourable to us. In fact, speaking on an occasion is not less than courage, in the same way that listening someone's speech silently is also less than any courage. Everyone has their own thinking. Someone uses time properly, then someone is destroyed by time.
Now I have completed my today's actifit exercise session and today I able to reach 5k points by walking moving around the office.
