My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2019
Hello dear friends!
Certainly we must agree that winning or losing depends on our willpower. If our will is strong then we will surely win. Our ideology should always be positive. If we are mentally ready to win, there is no winner more than us.
If there is a dilemma in us that I will not win or not, then surely nothing can stop us from losing. This is the reality of life. And to test this reality of life step by step we will find challenges and problems. But we should fight them out firmly. Because if we are afraid of challenge or problems then our destination will be far away from us.
Now I have completed my today's ACTIFIT exercise session and today I able to reach 7k points by playing cricket along with daily activities.
