Yoga teacher training in India is just amazing! It just go over my expectations! And that’s amazing! Teachers are so knowledgeable and well educated about the human anatomy!
They gonna show us how to preform all the postures the proper way! The rest of today workout at lunch outside on my gymnastic rings! For dinner when out with my Friends! And I cheated on my diet again with not 1 but 3 chocolate mousse! And I feel so heavy now ;) some have to be done about it ;)
