Today I weigh my self again 2 days in a roll to make sure! I empty the tank completely before that! 162 lbs. lean almost as possible! Just have to stop enjoying my cakes and ice-creams every day! I’m doing a fasting diet with 1 meal a day! You can find more in my Steemit blog! Today activity Walking, bike to the gym, sauna 10-15 min, yoga and calisthenics from 4:00 to 6:30! Most of my days I spend approximately 2 hours in average at the gym! I work mostly on my balance and skills at the moment!
