Day 215 | Sunday Runday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it to the extend where I turned it into a year long challenge were I try to find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

I started the day as planned with a morning run. I noticed my fitness levels being at all time highs during the past tennis thusdays because of the heavy bikram yoga classes and easily broke my previous distance record without being tired at the end. I did really dislike running before my steemit challenge mostly because I was too much out of shape. I did feel some pain in my lower right hip again and also continue to have some annoying back pain. Quite annoying and I hope it will be only temporarly. I do have bad sitting habits and my tennis playstyle is also heavy on my back. Along with the 3 weekly yoga classes it's probablt just a bit too much.



I've been drifting from many of my daily checklist goals again and will do better next week.

The morning run I did pretty much cleared the entire 10000 step Actifit goal. This has been the 5th day in a row reaching the daily amount of steps. I plan on making Sunday into my morning run day fron now on and hope the pain in my hip today that started halfway throughout the run was a onetime thing. Running the 10km has been one of my goals and it should be quite easy to do right now with my current form. Tomorrow Should be another day completing the Actifit goal.
