I don't know if the kitchen movement can be considered a sport, but I know for sure. This kind of activity raised not only me but also enthusiastic boarders. I didn't do much because we have a small kitchen. It was rather a synphony for a roller and hands. However, the result was enthusiastic for the whole family :-)
Nevím, jestli se dá pohyb v kuchyni považovat za sport, ale jedno vím jistě. Tento druh aktivity povznesl nejen mne ale i nadšené strávníky. Kroků jsem moc neudělal, protože máme malou kuchyni. Byla to spíše synfonie pro váleček a ruce. Výsledek však nadchl celou rodinu :-)
