60 minutes activity raport... multicoloured crocuses
Yesterday, I posted my 540 Actifit raport, and I completed 8th level. There is far way to complet next level, but I will not give up so easy. Today I decided to change the form of the report, I would like to encourage you with my reports to be more active, go for a walk, run, or bike for at least #60minutes a day. This activity will improve your mood and condition, and your oxygenated brain will work better. In addition, this hour will provide a minimum steps for the Actifit report to be published. Almost always on a walk or while running, I have headphones on my ears, so I combine my two passions: outdoor activities and reading books. Of course, audiobooks can be replaced by an interesting podcast or your favourite music.
Today we took our daughter to the train and in spite of the windy weather we went for a walk in Soignies, and we were encouraged to do so by the sight of blooming multicoloured crocuses in the square in front of the station.

Od dzisiaj postanowiłem zmienić formę raportu, chciałbym zachęcić was moimi raportami do większej aktywności, do spacerów, biegania lub jazdy na rowerze przez co najmniej 60 minut dziennie, niech to będzie 60 minut dla lepszego siebie. Dzięki takiej aktywności poprawi się wasze samopoczucie i kondycja, a dotleniony mózg będzie lepiej pracował. Ta godzina zapewni również minimalne kroki dla publikacji raportu Actifit. Prawie zawsze na spacerze lub podczas biegu mam słuchawki na uszach, więc łączę swoje dwie pasje: aktywność na świeżym powietrzu i czytanie książek. Oczywiście audiobooki można zastąpić ciekawym podcastem lub ulubioną muzyką.
Dzisiaj odwieźliśmy córkę do pociągu i mimo wietrznej pogody wybraliśmy się na spacer po Soignies, a zachęcił nas do tego widok kwitnących wielokolorowych krokusów na skwerze przed stacją.
