BeActive in Auntumn #39 - Running - 6,0 km [EN/PL]
[EN] The weather has improved, but unfortunately I had to get back to work, but what is the lunch break for? After a few days less active, today I went out to run. At the beginning it did not work best for me, but with each subsequent segment I was doing better and better. So the first 3 kilometers were slower, and then each subsequent one I accelerated gradually more and more. From the beginning I had a plan of 6 kilometers run, so I chose this route to avoid looking additional meters on the end, it finished 400 meters before gym and I could calm down a bit. Tomorrow will be probably a repetition of today's running, because I will be at work again all day. If I manage today, I will prepare a intervals plan for running on an athletics track.
[PL] Pogoda poprawiła się, a ja niestety musiałem wracać do pracy, ale od czego jest przerwa na lunch. Po paru dniach mniej aktywnych, dziś wyszedłem pobiegać. Na początku nie szło może mi najlepiej, ale z każdym kolejnym metrem biegło mi się coraz lepiej. Tak więc pierwsze 3 kilometry wolniejsze, żeby z każdym kolejnym przyśpieszać stopniowo coraz bardziej. Od początku miałem w planie 6 kilometrów, więc wybrałem tak trasę, żeby mieć ewentualnie jakiś zapas. Jutro zapewne powtórka dzisiejszego biegania, bo cały dzień znowu będę w pracy. Jak dziś zdążę to przygotuję plan interwałów na bieganie po bieżni lekkoatletycznej.
