My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2019

Morning workout of weightlifting (legs and shoulders today). It was not too bad. I am doing what is called a “shred” workout, meaning weightlifting with cardio in between. We’ll see how it goes as I progress in my workout plan. I just have to be “willing” to push myself.
