My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2020
It seems like I am not the only one that has been complaining about there being no sun lately.
I have seen several other posts from people saying the same thing. I was really happy to see the sun out most of the day today.
Then I was able to take in this beautiful sunset from our deck.
Tomorrow is going to be another long day, but I am starting to go to bed earlier to prepare myself for them.
I have some pain in my Achilles and I am hoping that doesn't impact my workout in the morning. I am going to try some new stretches to see if that helps.
I wish I could have hit my 10k step goal today.
