Hej dear Steemians,

Hope you had a great day, mine is just ending with some wok cooking, some meal preping for tomorrow. For fitness and time saving reasons we cook every second day.

At the office was great i put in some effort to increase the nummbers from last week.
We set our goals for this week and they seem achievable. I love the concept of setting goals in the company because it goves you some targets to aim at and it gives a sense of purpose, while in many companies that dont set goals people just work away aimlesly.

I heard a great quote regarding goals and hitting targets that stayed with me for some time now and here it is

"It's not that people aim to high and miss its rather that they aim too low and hit"
So i go for bigger goals and i will increase my nummbers and it will turn out great :)

After the job i didnt hit the gym because they are renovating it a bit and setting up new equipment.

So my friend and i went for a run, next to the cathedral, it was already getting dark, but we did the workout.
Running around the football field, chin ups, squats and push-ups. We used up a lot of energy, i liked it.

And now its time to get some rest and sleep for tomorrow.
Untill the end of the week we will be in the park and do these kinds of workouts because the gym is closed.
