My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2019
Did today a small workout with my bike. 65km with an easy aerobic pace.
The weather was awesome and sunny so I had perfect conditions.
After that I enjoyed a shower and ate some nice food. The rest of the day I enjoyed the good weather. Tomorrow I will go swimming again I guess.

I can not keep up with you guys just by the way. I would need to concentrate a little bit of my time for it.
