Way of the peaceful warrior - Relax
A little addition to yesterday first:
I intend to attend a cultural event at least once a year. No matter if musical, theatre, opera; I always find such things very interesting and educational.
So I was yesterday with female company at the " Cirque Du Soleil " in the show " TORUK: The First Flight ".
Inspired by the film "Avatar" a breathtaking show of acrobatics, cineastic projections, puppet show and stage dramaturgy is presented, which captivates and fascinates the audience.
I'm always very easy to get excited about (like for just about anything) and enjoyed the show to the fullest. I once picked out a link for you, so you can imagine what it looks like:

The rest of the evening should be self-explanatory. Yesterday at 23:57 about 1 minute I had to write my mail from my mobile phone, so I apologize for its content ;-)
Today was a relatively relaxed day.
I went for a longer walk and relaxed in nature despite the mixed weather.
My knee is worse than better now and that really pisses me off. I still seem to suffer from the patella tip syndrome and according to the doctor it can last for half a year...
I do regular exercises against it and try to spare my knee as much as possible during "performance training", but the situation simply frustrates me a little. I just want to do my sport with a good conscience...
In the afternoon I taught my group of children gymnastics as usual and then went swimming for another hour.
In the evening I made salmon with tomatoes and broccoli and watched TV. This happens very rarely, but the movie "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." was shown.
It is a "US-American agent action comedy" from the year 2015 and really entertaining.
After this post I will devote myself again to my books and read something before I go to sleep. Tomorrow will be a full day again and I also have to catch up on some sleep ;-)
