My Actifit Report Card: February 26 2019
Common workday. Small movements around the office and walk for lunch.
In the evening I went to the gym. As usual on Tuesdays we played volleyball. I was fit and did a great job. This is affected by weight loss and regular exercise. After such a game, I feel slightly inspired. True, I am now sure that I will not fall asleep right away.
As usual for Tuesday, thanks to volleyball, my fitness bracelet shows more than 11,000 steps.
And of course, as usual, I will add a photo to report. This time it will be a sprots photo for the SPORT PHOTOGRAPHY ACTIFIT CONTEST WEEK #002 by @axeman.
I took it with my phone in the gym after volleyball game. So, now you know that I really play it 8)))
