At this point the up-vote frequency and how I implement it has to fit into the demands of my every day life. The technology has to conform to my healthy lifestyle requirements and not the other way around.
What that means, practically speaking, is that I up-vote according to what works best with my current schedule.
If I were to run a script/bot to do the up-voting for me that might maximize the profitability of my Steem Power buttttt... Without meta data attached to the @Actifit reports that specify proof of #AutomaticWin this has to be done manually to maintain the integrity of the #AutomaticWin achievement. In the future I may discuss with @mcfarhat if there is something I can do to Automate the #AutomaticWin badge but until then... It's implementation has to be done at a human level.
